Speaking of chips, am craving proper Lancashire Black Peas - we always have 'em
around halloween and Bonfire Night. No, they're not 'pigeon peas' or 'Carlin
Peas', they're a special kind of pea you only get in Lancashire, probably grown
by witches. My sister is posting some down to me - I'll cook up a cauldren if
they arrive in time.
