could do - Joe and Marie's flat should be finished by November/December, so
they'll be gone by Christmas. (Jen's moving in wile she finds another place to
rent, so that's the other room buggered). When does she need the room by? It
would be the one that people have as an upstairs bathroom - if you think that's
big enough.
