If it's not going to be used can someone collect it anyway? We have no room for
it indoors and it is going to get ruined outside. We did have this conversation
about how they'd be stored before we decided to use our funds to buy them.

Even without the gazebo, if the weather's going to be good, it may be easier
for some to set up on the green, as there's more space.

Folks that are doing the Jumble Trail,
It looks like the weather will be pleasant on Sunday so if you all prefer
to setup outside your houses there is not much point in putting up The
Gazebo.
Can you reply to this email, if you are IN or OUT of the gazebo? I need to
know by Wednesday latest.

Hi
We leave on friday sept 15th so no rush, though could be a good idea to
bring it inside if its going to rain alot over the next couple of weeks -
we don't have space but will cover with tarps. Don't forget to also collect
the big mains cable if you think you might need it for music etc.

Cliff - I'm not sure how many, but we are combining with our neighbours at
49 so we'll both be under the Gazebo. I think a few want to do it outside
their home unless it rains, which is fine -- in any case I'll get the
gazebo from Ian this week so we don't forget before he goes away.

I'll give you hand setting up. How many stalls/pitches are we expecting on
the road? We may need 2 gazebos, btw we're not doing one.
On a separate note, I've chased the council for the reimbursement of funds
for the street party (£500). It's been 3 weeks since I sent the original
email with completed form and receipts. They are supposed to complete this
within 2 weeks, according to the form. I'll step up the pressure if I hear
nothing by tomorrow.
Once that is done, I will email you all with a spreadsheet of the completed
accounts. I have all the receipts and will reimburse you accordingly.

Folks - September 16th is the day of The Jumble Trail. Gazebo will be up
on the green if anyone wants to setup over there.
I've also printed off a few copies of the flyer if anyone wants one to
stick up in their window.

Hi all
Please find attached a leaflet promoting the jumble trial that you may
want to share with friends/neighbours/on social media etc...
If you would like to put a copy in the window of your home and don't have
access to a printer, do let me know and I can post one out to you.
Best wishes
