[etni] 4 points and the lit program

Dear All,
Regarding the issue of 4 pointers, the only difference between the 4 and 5
point programs are the number of pieces taught (as it is today) and the
assessment tools (taking into account the weaker level - hence expectations
regarding accuracy).
The rest of the program is the same (key components, methodologies, Unit
Planners, etc) so if you have taken the training program, you are more than
capable and equipped to teach 4 points as well as 5. The committee are
taking into account that the pieces for the different levels must overlap to
allow of movement from one level to the other.
