[etni] A chart that describes each grade?

I'm looking for some kind of a table or chart or document that says in a few
sentences how much English an Israeli school child is expected to know in
each grade from alef to vav. 
Or perhaps a better way of asking  this question would be if there is a
chart that says in a few sentences what the Israeli schoolchild  needs to
learn during the year for  each  grade from alef to vav. Very basic.

Could someone either point me to a relevant link or post the info here?
