This is the response I sent to the Jerusalem Post regarding Amotz Asa-El
article:
Dear Sirs
Amotz Asa-El's proven skills at character assassination were amply
employed trashing both Ran Erez and the teachers he represents. This
type of demagoguery specifically avoids the issues and reduces a major,
national crisis to merely personal insult. Compelling arguments can
doubtless be adduced for both sides of this dispute, but describing the
teachers' position as mindless allegiance to a purported unsuitable
union leader is a malicious and misleading caricature. Middle Israel
deserves better than that.
