[etni] Approved dictionaries revisited ??

Dear Etniers,
Both Oxford white and black bi-directional dictionaries *are not *on the
list published on July 7, 2013 on the inspectorate website.

Many students already have them and will not buy the approved Zilberman or
Olami dictionaries.

comments? ideas? facts?
