Jo Schenck's backwards post (reversed below) reminded me that "pillar of salt" is a euphemism for thrombosis. Gen 19:17 "Escape [Heb: MaLaT] for thy life, do not look behind thee, and do not stay in all the circuit/plain." ... Gen 19:26 "But [Lot's] wife *looked back from behind* him, and she became a pillar of salt." This indicates that we should look backwards from behind the Hebrew phrase NaTZiV MeLakH to understand what actually happened to Lot's wife. For a more complete explanation, see my comments to James Harbeck's Sesquiotica blog about "pipe dream" at http://sesquiotic.wordpress.com/2012/09/20/pipe-dream/ The current Hebrew word for a stroke or thrombosis is shin-bet-tzadi where the shin is a prefix meaning "due to, because of" and the bet-tzadi BoTZ is the mud. Compare ToFaN = typhoon and SHiTaFoN = flood. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Date: Mon, 6 Jan 2014 20:28:15 +0200 Subject: [etni] All My Sons final call From: Jo Schenck <jogirl2008@xxxxxxxxx> Dear Etniers, The Guild's run of All My Sons is booked completely except for one date which has opened.
