[etni] Bagrut Question Types

A long time ago, I saw a list of the 12 (?) types of questions that are used
on the English Bagrut tests (e.g. complete the sentence, choose 2 correct
answers, cause and effect chart, etc). Can anyone tell me where such a list
can be found? I have tried to reproduce it myself, but I would like to check
that I got all the questions types correctly.
