[etni] Compensation for Coordinators

I am the English coordinator at my schoo. l heard that there is a gmul for
coordinators based on number of classes + number of teachers.We have 13
English classes in our school.
I would be interested in hearing how other coordinators are paid i.e.
number of hours, percentages,etc.
