[etni] Course Books

It seems that some of us have developed great materials that others could
use. David, doesn't ETNI have a facility for sharing such materials. If
not, I am learning HTML at the moment, and wouldn't mind organizing some of
the materials to be put up on the web. Be warned that my coding skills are
still at the basic level, but its projects like these that will improve
them.
