On behalf of Talpiot College I would like to invite you to celebrate
Charles Dickens's 200th birthday on December 8, 2011 at 2 pm in the
college library. The event will include an Oliver Twist workshop (with
sample teaching materials).
The address of the college is 7 Yotvata Street, Holon.

This is the first in a series of Dickens workshops for teachers we are
going to hold over the next two months in the build-up to the Dickens
bicentennial on February 7, 2012. As the main event, we are proud to
welcome to Israel a legendary ELT expert Jeremy Harmer
<http://www.jeremyharmer.com/> who will be giving a musical show based
on the work of Charles Dickens.

If you would like to organise a Dickens-themed English Day and would
like our representative to come to your school, get in touch with us.

Dickens lesson plans are available on the British Council website
