[etni] Dictionaries

Shelly's question regarding bi-lingual dictionaries was a wake up call for
me.
Are there electronic dictionaries which are equivalent to the Eng-Eng-Heb
Oxford dictionary??
I thought all electronic dictionaries are bilingual and there is nothing I
can do to stop the pupil from looking a word up in Hebrew (unless I sit next
to him the whole time of the test...)
