[etni] ETNI mail

Hi all,
As I have been abroad for the past two weeks, I haven't managed to manage ETNI
mail as usual. Most of you will have noticed that there were days without any
messages to the list, or that it took some messages a few days to go through.
Things should now return to normal. I will try to deal with the backlog of ETNI
mail in the next day or so.
If you have sent a message to the list, and it hasn't gone through to the list
by Saturday evening (Jan. 7), please resend it to the list, and this time it
should go through quickly.
