ENGLISH TEACHERS
The British Council in Israel is seeking charismatic and innovative English
teachers with experience in elementary schools to help us implement our English
language projects work in the north and south of the country.
Job requirements
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Be native/near native English speakers
Have a recognised ELT teaching qualification
(CELTA/Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
Have at least 5 years teaching experience
Have an Israeli work permit
Have teacher training or mentoring experience
Leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills
It is also desirable for candidates to have:
Experience in materials development
Experience teaching in the Israeli school system
Experience in using learning technologies
A current Israeli driving licence
