But if the principal has no Teken (since he used it even for Math or Sciences coordinators)- he can pay it as hours Sometimes you'll be paid via a different channel (not the ministry) such as an external contractor. That's a lot of headache since you need to go to Mas Hachnasa and take care of a Teum Mas twice a year... The thing is, that "hours" (opposed to Gmul) are just money but will not be calculated as part of the Pension and retirement terms. Usually Gmul Rikuz is about 6% of your salary in Ofek.
