I need your advice in respect to the following. I am 65 year old, born
in Russia. I work as a researcher in the area of atmospheric sciences
and climate. Periodically I am publishing my research papers. My native
language is Russian but I am already quite experienced in doing my job
and write my papers without much difficulty. Still, I make mistakes.
I am looking for a person with native English living in Tel Aviv -
Rishon LeZion who would be ready to periodically sit and read together
with me my scientific texts in English. A couple of hours probably - 2-3
times a year. I do not really need a professional translation or editing
- just some indications - sort of polishing rather. This is why I do not
see any reason to pay too much for this, although I will be happy to pay
a reasonable fee of course.
I thought that probably there are some kind retired English teachers
around who would be interested in helping me.
Please let me know if you are able to help us to find each other.
