Hi everyone,
I have just had a new hard disk put into my computer and had to copy my
Norton antivirus 2003 onto the new hard disk. I'm using Windows XP,
and beforehand I used Windows ME. So far so good. However, I can't
open the Norton program -- it disappears as if there were a firewall, and
what's even weirder is that I can't enter the www. symantec.com site. I get
the message 'cannot find server'
Does anyone know what I can do? It has nothing do do with money
because I only recently paid a yearly sum for new updates (using the old hard
disk).
Help!
