Three Questions:
My daughter's friend is serving in a very not nice place (that's an
understatement) and cannot get to a computer or even a phone (poor
reception) to check her English Bagrut grade.
When I went into the Ministry site, I saw you need a "sisma" which

doesn't have so....
1) How do you get one?
2) Can you get the grade without a password?
3) How?
