I made Aliyah in 2001 and I am a young senior citizen.  I have an EFL 
certificate from Beit Berl and I have tutoring experience. I would like to 
participate in the teacher training part of the new program and perhaps the 
Ulpan.  Is there any way of doing that? I have a couple of graduate degrees.
