I'm glad you haven't used this in your lessons yet. This piece of wisdom is
not as recent as one could think, and it actually dates back to 2001. It is
an e-Rumor! It doesn't belong to Bill Gates either, it's just an excerpt
from the book "Dumbing Down our Kids" by educator Charles Sykes. For more

The above teaches us, teachers, a good lesson. We have to be very careful
with our sources (especially when we use the Internet). I remember a very
professional discussion here on Etni, last year, on the Stella Awards. There
as well, somebody came up with conterfeited items, and a professional voice
helped us distinguish right from wrong. There is a difference. though, as
the Stella Awards have generated a 'genre' of their own, which is not the
case here.
