In addition to the points listed by BAtya about the Histadrut agreement ...
are these teachers aware that
1.. only 6-10% of teachers will get paid for "Vet tik " - according to
recommendations from the principal..
since this is nat'l.. is your principal powerful enough to get you "vet
tik"..how close are you to the "Tzlachat" anyway?
2.. Where will you sit and what tools will you have to spend you 9 hours
of preparation time at school - yes, the MInistry will be "redoing" the
teachers' "lounges"- as they're called in the US A -HA- your schools will
be provided with NIS 2.50 per teacher.... NO, I know my math is awful but I
did not misplace the dot !!!
