It is rather long, so patience will be needed to read
the whole thing. I am an Anglo-American having
experienced both British and American education,
so I felt very close to this topic. In light of the fact
that English is becoming increasingly important in the
world today, perhaps the time has arrived to start
thinking seriously about changing things to make life
easier for both English-speaking people but also
for foreigners trying to master the language.
