Subject: Gmul for participants in ETAI summer conference 2005
To all those who need to receive gmul for last year's ETAI
summer conference,
In order for all of you to finally receive your gmul, I need to receive
ASAP your name, I.D. number (9 digits), and complete address.
You may send it to me via e-mail or FAX, but I need it immediately
in order to reassemble the list of participants who signed up to get
gmul. It appears that the signed lists which we submitted last July
have disappeared somewhere in the nether regions of the
Ministry of Education, and we now need to re-send them.
I urge you to send me this information NOW, so that I can make up
the list and send it on to them.
I'll keep you posted as things develop. Needless to say, we will
instigate some changes in the way things will be done at this
year's conference - i.e., I personally will be responsible for
submitting the lists of names, taking these lists to a senior person
(with whom I'm in contact) at the Ministry, and making sure that
they have everything they need from us immediately after the conference.
I shall also follow up on what is happening.
