I use ICQ to send my students messages. However, I can only send messages to
Orange and Pelephone cell phones ana thus, my message doesn't get to
everyone.. Is there something free, like ICQ, where I can send messages to
all cell phones? Of course, it would be much simpler sending them one group
email, but my students are hardly on their email... so that's out.
