Is there someone out there who could kindly give me the name and phone number of a normal person at the Education Ministry who could tell me the procedure for getting an 'ishur gmul' for publishing a book. Don't think I haven't tried! My 'machoz' said it's not us and gave me a phone number in Jerusalem. No answer from phone number for a week. When the switchboard eventually answered and understood what I needed (Eyn kzeh dvar!)they gave another number answered by a charming lady who slammed the phone down screaming 'Eyn li musag!' on more than one occasion. A helpful lady at the 'Mvaker pnim's' office tried to contact every number she had for 'histalmuyot' but no one answered. And my email to the Ministry through their web site got a reply telling me to contact my 'machoz'!!!!!!
Thank you in advance for any guidance through the black hole of the Education Ministry!!
