I originally booked the weekend of Jan. 8-9 with arkia through Irgun Hamorim 
which was subsidized for two people at 649NIS. We wanted to add a friend 
whose birthday it was on that Sat. and when I called the hotel and arkia, I 
was informed that there couldn't be three in a room, but we had to upgrade 
to a "junior suite", which would cost an extra 700 NIS (250NIS for the room 
and 450 NIS for the extra person). Since the weekend had already been 
planned, we booked for 1349 NIS for one night at what we thought was the 
Moriah Classic Hotel (that was how it was sold). We were put into a dirty, 
smelly room with mold in the bathroom, a sink that was clogged, an electric 
socket sticking out of the wall, etc. I took photos of everything. The view 
was the parking lot and the laundry of some of the hotel workers. We spent 
two hours going to five rooms and each one was worse than the other with one 
reeking of urine. The room we finally took had an old TV, problems with the 
shower, sink and bath tub, but it was the best of all we saw. I took photos 
of the stains in the carpet, the electric socket, the mold, etc.
The food and entertainment were good, but the next day we waited 45 minutes 
for lounge chairs at the pool after asking the life guard three times. He 
called customer service since it wasn't his job to bring chairs. I called 
two more times. Finally, someone brought us two chairs (not three) saying it 
wasn't his job to bring chairs.
I am mortified by the condition of the hotel and would hate to think what 
would happen if a tourist stayed there.
This is not the first time I've had complaints about a Fattal Hotel and I 
booked under the mistaken assumption that it was the Moriah Classic Hotel.
