Hi All,
This is to remind you that the annual fall Southern Fried Jam is Fri., Oct.
30 at Lahav Forest. Kick-off time is at 10:30 to allow folks to get home in
time for Shabbat.
In preparation for Halloween, our sing-around theme is"Witches, warlocks and
other things that bump in the night". Bring polished vocal chords a song
and/or a story to share...instruments and "Rise Up Singing!" if you have a
copy or 2. Don't forget picnic lunches and chairs/blankets for your assets.
For newcomers - Take Route 40 to Lahav Junction (NOT Lehavim Junction).
Coming from the north, make a left, from the south, it's a right. Follow the
road to the fork with the brown wooden park sign and take the right-hand
road through the picnic area to the Joe Alon Bedouin Museum parking lot. See
the few steps going down in to the picnic grounds opposite the museum and
find us by the horseshoe picnic bench.
