Shalom All,
Yesterday our English staff was informed that we are going to
have to fill in forms for every pupil in the 10th or 11th grades
who enjoy "hatamot". For those who will be doing the written
bagrut orally, we will have to write letters and fill in forms.
I personally feel this is unfair as we are not the ones who have
decided whether a pupil should or should not enjoy the hatatmot.
Moreover, I feel that the many pupils who have difficulties writing,
should be allowed to type out their answers. Reading answers into a
tape in really difficult and even more so when the pupil is not speaking
his mother tongue.
What do you all of you out there think?
