The course involves a lot of work, but recently I have been feeling the load is unreasonable. One of the tasks in session 10 is to plan our teaching of literature for grades 10-12 according to the new program. We have to decide on the order of teaching the pieces according to their difficulty, complexity, HOTS that are introduced and literary terms. In order to do so, a thorough analysis of each piece is required. Why should every teacher invent the wheel? If I choose the Minstry's program, I expect the Minstry to suggest to me how to implement their program. I would like to hear from other participants in face to face and online courses about their experience. I have heard f2f courses aren't so demanding. Happy Purim Ayala Rivlin ----------------------------------------------- ** The ETNI Rag ** http://www.etni.org/etnirag/ Much more than just a journal ** Etni homepage - http://www.etni.org or - http://www.etni.org.il ** ** for help - ask@xxxxxxxx ** ** to post to this list - etni@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** -----------------------------------------------
