as far as i know -
to answer your second question first -
i think we will need a radio - disk for the classes that have
listening comp (A, E) in case there is a plane taking off during the
radio broadcast (at least 50% of the time) or the proctor doesn't
believe we really set the radio to the correct station and plays
around with it (another 25%) so the kids don't hear the radio and we
have to play them the CD / tape.
kids with hakra'a need a diskman with earphones, (or a radio-disk with
batteries and earphones...)
re opening the envelope before the test - we have done that, to make
more tapes (if they didn't send us enough) or to enlarge the tests for
those kids who have hagdala. otherwise when do you do all this?
