In formal letters for bagrut what is important is that the student
actually writes the name/title, and address of the addressee (on the
left. and address of sender on the right. It doesn't matter if the date
comes above or below the address, and with which address, as long as
it's there! As far as the addresses go, it doesn't have to be a full
address; for example if it's to the mayor, it's sufficient to write ;
Mr. Cohen, Mayor,
Tel-Aviv City Hall. Points are deducted for missing elements rather than their location on
page.
