As I have been asked again and again by parents, I turned to the
Inspectorate.
Several people have asked me to post replies I get. So here is the reply I
got:
"hi, all electronic dictionaries are allowed,
including the quicktionary which is very good for the kids who
have problems remembering what they are looking up, the
dictionaries cannot talk however, or at least the vocie has to be
able to be turned off"
