In answer to David's post the whole reason why the Irgun has instructed us
to boycott the course for the new lit module is because to date nothing has
come from the Ministry about getting paid extra for all the work we will
have to do.
That is exactly the point.And that applies whether you teach at one or two
schools, and clearly your situation is very tough and should be remedied.
We must all support our union which is trying to improve our working
conditions, and unless everyone upholds that boycott nothing will change.
The Ministry is happy to get "something for nothing" and pile more and more
extra tasks onto our shoulders. I strongly urge everyone to support this,
otherwise we have nobody to blame but ourselves for our worsening financial
situation.
