We will have 5 classes in 10th grade (25 hours?), but 2 of them get double the hours ('Mabar' and 'Etgar' are divided in two). Therefore, we have 7 groups, each getting 4 hours a week = 28 hours. I guess we get extra hours from the 'Mabar' + 'Etgar' programs. However, in 11th grade these groups aren't divided any more. They get 4 hours per week and since we'll have 6 classes, they'll get 24 hours altogether (instead of 30?). In 12th grade, two 3 pts classes get 5 "frontal" hours, and four 4 - 5 pts classes get 6 hours. That's 34 hours. I guess some of the hours that are supposed to go to 11th grade are actually given to the 10th and/or 12th grades. The result is we don't have enough time to prepare students efficiently in the 11th grade. If we could get 5 hours a week for them, without reducing the hours for the others, it could be a great improvement.
