    The subject title means, for all you ammoratzim,

"He who returneth reward unto the proud "( alternatively, to the
homosexuals).  It's in the daily prayers.

This is about GMULs, those elusive little increments that up to thousands of
shakillos on your salary.  The laws that govern gmuls are
erratic and sporadic.  I know some of the most gifted teachers in the field
who have given the best hishtalmuyot  for years: They get miserable salaries
because they were to busy giving the courses to participate in any, and
therefore, don't have many Gmools.

I on the other hand, grew up professionally in Kiriat Shmona, and back in
the 80's and 90's the govt poured tons of money to gmul up the teachers
along the front lines.  Sometimes we even got hot meals and extra 'tekken '
hours just to take these courses.  Ahh, me, those were the days.

So I'm gmooled up to the hilt, or, as Evelyn might have said to Mr Joyce, up
the Wazoo.

My suggestion is, that anyone in my situation,  who cannot be compensated by
gmools for the Lit course which we took for what ever misguided selfish
reasons, be offered something else beemkom.

For example, I'd be willing to take my Gmool in 56 hours worth of chocolate
ice cream ( the dark chocolate).

Another possibility is free tickets to Shakespeare plays, when they happen
to visit our shores.  ( we could even have little HOTS discussions
afterwords around cups of HOTS compensated coffee.
