There were two stages, one was published by ECB, i think. I don't think they are available any more but it's no big deal for someone who has one around to photo the whole booklet; i must have the first one somewheres.. Wait a minute. I didn't say that illegal thing. Thank goodness all the police are down south.

Maybe Mr Mashak himself can come to our aid.
