Hello! I translated my letter requesting hakalot for pupils from Eshkol/
Sederot and sent it to the "Agaf La'bechinot." I got a prompt response which
I am pasting below. I hope something positive comes out of this. As I am
unsure whether the Hebrew will come out as gibberish so this is more or less
what they said:
The assistant head of the testing dept. replied they aren't responsible for
deciding who will receive "hakalot." Hence, they are forwarding my letter to
"Agaf Ha'psychologi" (never knew there was such a thing at the MOE.) I hope
this isn't just rigamarole and may yield something beneficial.
