i don't understand. if many municipalities and amutot (like ORT, Amit,
Branco Weiss) are paying teachers' salaries, they are not doing it out of
the goodness of their hearts. someone (the ministry?) is transferring the
money to them. which means that all the municipalities and all the amutot
have received the money for teachers' salaries. so if we are not getting
salaries at our school, it means that the minicipality / amuta is holding on
to the money and / or using it meanwhile for other things. so why can't we
get our salary? when the strike ends, there will be some clause of the
agreement pertaining to back salary anyway. what can we do?
