A postscript to my previous message ("Here We Go Again!")
FYI, those who claim that the solution to teachers not knowing what to do
lies in taking the course are over-simplifying the problem since most Irgun
members have been honoring the Union's sanctions against it, for one thing ;
for another, not everyone comes out of the course with a crystal clear idea
about the program, probably largely due to the changes made along the way.

We have heard that teachers are resentful of the claim that they're not
being forced to take the course on the one hand, but that the MOE insists
that those who do not can't teach the literature module (meaning that they
can no longer teach twelfth grade).

Yet, despite these practical problems, it's full steam ahead -- so, to pose
a tactical question: at this point, how can the program be expected to reach
whatever potential it might have ?
