Like Ruth – I feel you have articulated what many of us are feeling

Yes – the annoyance by many  over the Projects  has turned to fury when we
found out that other subjects were being paid

For this –in the native language.  Many of us have to do the search for
suitable sites for our pupils because of the difficulty in in English.
After a certain point ( page 5 or 6 of a google  list) they just give up…

And the HOTS – the points you have made:   outrageously  time consuming and
that it belongs in L1 in the elementary schools – WHERE IT STARTED – is what
we explained to Dr. Shoshani.  The most convincing part of or argument was
that so many English teachers are refusing to implement it as it is now.
English teachers are known for their dedication and hard work and for so
many to protest vociferously has made the Ministry take notice.  I only hope
that action is taken as well and that the program is seriously changed.

The best thing – would be if the HOTS were implemented in the elementary
school beginning September 2010 in ALL subjects

And then in 2015 – we got them knowing what it was all about, better
learners etc etc etc.
