Subject: Electronic dictionary
Dear Fellow English Teachers,
I hope someone out there can help me.
A student came to me with an electronic dictionary--not the regular
Oxford one I know. this one is called "Top Mate" and is and
English-Hebrew-English electronic dictionary with the possibility of
hearing the word spoken. (There is a button that can make it mute. It
is put out by Oxford Compact English Dictionary (1996)
My question is: is this acceptable for the Bagrut exams for a student
who has the accommodation of an electronic dictionary?
