Good morning! I 've been saying that for three years. And, no. Once
you sign you can't ever leave this reform (except for Vaadat Harigim).
As for your first question, according to Ran Erez, we ore obliged to
stay until the 8th hour. Hence, if your school 's 8th hour is 15:00
then 15:00 it is. Lucky you ;-)
