My/our union- Irgun HaMorim- has stated that we MUST NOT take any
courses or teach anything for the new literature bagrut.
My/our "employer"- the Ministry via local municipalities- has stated
that we MUST teach the newly implemented curriculum in order to teach
bagrut classes since the only way our students can get a bagrut in 4
or 5 points is with the new lit. stuff.
Question: Does anyone know, LEGALLY, who we really "must" obey? I
think many of us would appreciate this information. I am willing to
put my job on the line but my pension? I'm not sure about that. If
you have a friend, family member, whatever, in the field of law and
can provide some insight, I'd be grateful!
