I'm sure most teachers had thought "Perspectives" before the
"Evaluation" posting came. I also don't understand why more skills
weren't suggested. The answer key, for example, suggests "Uncovering
Motives".
I feel i've become more a psychologist than a teacher of English. In
my opinion, the teaching of literature shouldn't be lost to
identifying how we thought about what we thought. Not only is it
boring and innaccurate, it's also irrelevant to both literature and
real life.
