Subject: Southern Fried Jam....2 more days to go!
The fall Southern Fried Jam will kick off at 10 AM on Fri., Nov. 16 in
Lahav Forest.
Meeting place as usual, the horseshoe picnic table in the picnic
grounds just below the parking lot by
the Joe Alon Bedouin Museum.
Don't miss the musical fun in the glorious south. The weather forecast
is promising, too and "nothing" expected to fall out of the sky
either!
"Inspired" by Hurricane Sandy, the theme is "sea songs" - shanties,
songs about storms, etc. Bring a
song to share and of course, bring your polished voices, instruments
and picnic lunches. Copies of Rise Up Singing! are always helpful.
