I was not at the lecture, nor am I familiar with the play, but the plays on the list are those that have been submitted and approved. If someone wants to use something not on the list, they can submit it for approval. Also, the "approved list" is only for the 5-point log. If you want to teach this play outside of the literature program for Bagrut, then it doesn't have to be on the list.
