Subject: Upcoming Events at TEAM, Rehovot
T.E.A.M. -(Together English speakers Achieve More)
is a social and cultural club for English speakers age 50+ in the Rehovot area.
We meet at the Swiss Havayot Community Center, 52 Sireni St., Rehovot
on Monday mornings.
The Beit Cafe opens at 9:30 and the lecture begins at 10:30.
Cost: NIS 20
We would like to invite you to two upcoming events.
1. Monday, January 27 - International Holocaust Memorial Day
Dr. Dvora Katz and Beth Shamgar - Dr. Katz, the daughter of Holocaust
survivors, is the author of "Come Sister,"
a book of Hebrew poems. The poems have been translated into English
by Beth Shamgar.
Dr. Katz will tell her story in English and read her poems in Hebrew.
Beth will read the English translations of the poems.
2. A Shakespeare Reading Group will begin on Tuesday, January 28 from
10:15 - 12:15. The group will meet every other week.
