Subject: Update about ETAI Summer Conference in Jerusalem

June 2, 2011

Dear Colleagues,

We are going full speed ahead in terms of organizing the ETAI Summer
Conference in Jerusalem on July 5 – 6th, and we hope to see you there!
The conference will take place at Himmelfarb High School, in Bayit
Vegan, near Mt. Herzl.  The final program is now being completed, and
you can see the preliminary program on our website:  www.etai.org.il

The most efficient way to register for the conference is to
pre-register, an option which is only available to ETAI members.  The
fee is only 80% of what it would cost to pay at the door!  Here are
the prices for pre-registration:

Members                                                      120 NIS
(both days)          75 NIS (daily)
Retirees/ students/ immigrants              80 NIS (both days)
    55 NIS (daily)

This is just too good a deal to pass up, so I urge you to phone me at
the office (02-500-1844, from 1 – 6:45 p.m. Monday – Thursday).  You
can use a credit card to pay, and you can renew your annual membership
at the same time.

The deadline for pre-registering is Friday, June 10th.  You can find
the pre-registration form on our website as well.

If you are traveling to the conference from outside Jerusalem, and
you’ll need hotel accommodations, we have set aside a block of rooms
at the Park Hotel, where ETAI members will get a special rate.  From
Sunday, June 5th, you can reserve a room by sending an email message
to Ifaat at the Park Hotel:
reservation@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Here are the prices:
Single room with breakfast         437 NIS
Double room with breakfast      513 NIS
Triple room with breakfast         710 NIS

Best regards,

Marna Snyder, ETAI office director
