I totally undertsand Esther's point.
I too have students who were denied dispensations despite the fact
that in our humble
opinion they REALLY need them. In their IVCHUN it was recommended that
they receive them!
So it goes, resubmitting the forms and on and on as Esther described.
As far as hours go, I have the same problem Esther has, especially
with the weaker students. I find myself staying hours in the evenings
without being paid,
in order to help the weaker students, otherwise it simply won't happen for them.
